The Xinhua Art Service program was initiated by DeYi Studio on the occasion of SUSAS 2021 (Shanghai Urban Space Art Season) with the support of the Xinhua Community Design Center, as part of the "15-minutes Community Life Circle: People’s City" project. It is maintained and animated by DeYi Studio (Xia Yilan & Paul Devautour) and Marine Calamai.
The program is open to both established and young artists, Chinese and foreign, as well as to amateur artists, neighbors, retirees and children, without hierarchy or differences. Art is offered as a service for everyone, enriching everyday life with a sensitive relationship to the world.
